As part of our team of technicians and operators, you will be responsible for the operational excellence at our worldwide chemical manufacturing facilities.
Operations technician responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining day-to-day unit operations; coordinating daily minor maintenance repairs; conducting job analysis pertaining to unit operations and applying statistical tools to enhance product quality. They also coordinate operations communications in and out of the department with peers and supervision, as well as assist in the training of new employees. Technicians are also responsible for the start-up, shutdown, isolation and decontamination of plant equipment.
